We are so excited to officially have our online store up and running! It has been a long process with many hours and prep to bring this all together, but all worth the outcome. As this is somewhat new to us as it is you all of you, we want to answer all those questions made known since the websites big debut!
Please read the terms and conditions below to better understand how this all works!
1) There is no option to picking up or returning your orders at the store.
Alike all other corporations who operate an online store, we do not house our product at our retail location. We manage all orders and product at a completely different venue. However, for local shoppers, we will accept drop offs for return or exchanges at the store, where we can transport the product to our online location for you. In this case, please allow standard processing time for a full refund/exchange to be made.
2) We offer free shipping for all orders over 100 dollars.
For your connivence and no matter where you may be located, enjoy free shipping when having spent 100 dollars or more! Note: Your total must be $100.00 before taxes are applied to receive free shipping.
3) Otherwise a 10 dollar standard shipping fee will be added to your invoice.
4) Not all pieces on the online web-store are available in our retail store (vice versa).
We would like to offer even more exclusivity when it comes to owning pieces of clothing and accessories from Mad About Style. Therefore items will vary from online to in store. As we mentioned, the online store is an extension of us, diversifying the products we offer is part of that separation.
5) You can still request orders through Facebook.
If you're not able to shop in store and would like to place an online order, (as we mentioned) the items in store may not be available for you to order online. As we post new photos to Facebook of new product available at Mad About Style Boutique, and you would like one of these items, just email info@madaboutstyle.ca
6) Return and exchanges are accepted 30 days from invoice date in original condition.
Once product has been checked and approved, please allow a few days for the money to be transfered back to your account. If product is not in good condition for resale, we will notify you that we will be mailing the merchandise back to you.
7) Please fill out and include with your return or exchange, the form added to your order.
We send a return and exchange form with every online purchase, if you misplace this form, you are able to print another from our online website.
