After the long weekend, with friends, family, at the cabin or where ever you found yourself, it feels as though the summer season has officially began! All things the spirit of summer bring to our lives and the care free and relaxed attitude that comes along we are welcoming with open arms.

Festival De Cannes 2012

This years festival was dedicated to a special woman Marilyn Monroe as she was named the official face of the event. 

Elegant, free spirited and old glamour are a few words that come to mind, suitable to the occasion since the celebs and artists attending the Cannes Festival definitely embodied this style in the French Riviera.

It's Always Sunny In Winnipeg

Once we can bare through the coldest winters, we hands down have the best summers around. Beautiful beaches a short drive away, cabins, iconic and traditional businesses to get cold treats with our friends and least we forget the amazing sky high temperatures we reach. Like today we are just past the noon hour at 22 degrees and are expected to hit 30! Most major cities in our surrounding can't indulge in the things we love most and honestly live for here in Winnipeg. Those cities also have a lot we don't too, but lets appreciate where ever we live for the small joys it brings us.
